As I happened to purchase sweets online from the Bikanervala corporate site, I happened to read about the company. It has two more brands – Bikano Chat Café and Bikano. I did have the Bikano bhujiya but as I didn’t read in detail about the manufacturer in the cover, I was hardly aware that it was a Bikanervala brand.
The 100 year old ISO 9002 company dealing in all Indian sweets including traditional sweets, veg. snacks, and namkeens is renowned not only across the country, carving a niche as a household name but also across the world. It exports its products to the regions of USA, Canada, Germany, UAE, UK & many other countries. Besides being used in Indian airlines and the railways, the company also sells its sweets and snacks online. As per what I read, Bikanervala takes stringent measures in maintaining the highest quality of hygiene right from the raw materials usage stage to preparation, production, packaging, and delivery.
We also buy traditional sweets from Bikanervala for the purpose of having, serving and gifting. There are actually so many varieties of traditional sweets in the Bikanervala menu. And the items are so beautifully packed.
